It’s the same with eating. If you light up a cigarette as soon as you finish a snack or snack, don’t make love any more. Compile yourself wait at least half an hour. If you don’t have the time to wait( like if you’re at work) then inhaled BEFORE you eat.
And do something while you’re waiting for your cigarette. Don’t time sit here and wait for the 15 hours or half an hour to pass. Vacate the scrap. Wash the dishes. Take a rain. Move for a saunter. Just do something not related to smoking. In other statements, don’t sit down and roll up a few cigarettes while you wait.
Also put your cigarettes in a hard to reach region like on top of a high closet, upstairs, in a locked draw in another office with the key to the pull in a far away region. Just think of what you can do to make it more difficult to get to your cigarettes.
And then, once you’ve gotten used to the changes, make another one. Stop buying your favourite firebrand of cigarettes. Buy your second favourite, the ones you’d buy if your favourite ones weren’t available. And make sure they are also lower tar content too.
Just starting with these few small changes has certainly wake you up to your smoking garb so that you can see just how addicted and dependent you are one them.
Not merely that, but without even doing anything else, you’ll start to smoke less, without even trying.
